Hi, I'm Agent Bert.
I’ve spent more than 35 years in sales and sales management, including the past 12 years as a State Farm Agent in Florence, Alabama. I’m married to my wife, Sarah, of 30 years, and we’re proud parents of five children.
The biggest challenge facing agencies today isn’t talent — it’s consistent execution. Most agents struggle to implement systems, maintain clear processes, and find the time to coach and develop their sales teams effectively.
