Pricing
AgentBert Virtual Coaching is offered at $107 per month, which includes access for up to five (5) team members (“Grinders”) under one account.
Pricing may be updated in the future; however, any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle.
Billing
Subscriptions may be billed in one of two ways:
- Monthly recurring billing, charged automatically each month, or
- Annual billing, paid in full at the start of the subscription period.
By enrolling, you authorize AgentBert Virtual Coaching to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing plan.
Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the program will continue through the end of the current billing period.
- No further payments will be charged after the current billing period ends.
- Access to the program will automatically terminate at the conclusion of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term if canceled prior to the end of the annual period.
Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused time and processed back to the original method of payment.
Access & Usage
Access to AgentBert Virtual Coaching includes:
- Live recorded sessions
- AI-generated training content
- Downloadable tools and resources
Access is intended for the subscribing agency only and may not be shared outside of the enrolled team.
Policy Acknowledgment
By enrolling in AgentBert Virtual Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund policies outlined above.
Policy Changes
AgentBert Virtual Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any material changes will be communicated prior to taking effect.
